July 17 this year is the tenth employee day of Yangzhou Wuting Food Co., Ltd. In order to celebrate the employees' own holiday, further promote the company's corporate culture construction, and enhance the cohesion and centripetal force of the majority of employees. The company's party committee and board of directors decided to organize all employees to visit Baohua Mountain and Maoshan Mountain in Zhenjiang.
At 6:30 in the morning on July 26, more than 450 employees of the company took 10 luxury tourist buses, and after more than an hour's drive, they arrived at the Baohua Mountain Scenic Spot in Zhenjiang. The employees took the scenic bus under the guidance of the tour guide and visited Baohua Mountain National Forest Park, Longchang Temple and Qianhua Ancient Village successively.
At noon, all the staff enjoyed a delicious lunch at Baohua Villa. Ms. Lin Ronghui, deputy general manager of the company, delivered a speech in warm applause. She said that employees are the masters of the enterprise, and the enterprise is the home of the employees. The fate of the employees and the enterprise is interdependent, developing together and sharing the results.
In the afternoon, all the staff came to Maoshan Scenic Spot again. Maoshan is a famous Taoist mountain in China, and is listed as a blessed land and the eighth cave heaven by Taoists. It is a sacred revolutionary holy place, and Chen Yi, Li Yu, and Zhang Dingcheng established their base here. There are Jiuxiao Wanfu Palace, Yuanfu Wanning Palace, Xianren Cave, Huayang Cave, Xike Spring, New Fourth Army Memorial Hall, and the Victory Monument of the Anti-Japanese War in Southern Jiangsu. There is also an open-air bronze statue of Lao Tzu called "Huaxia Statue". The pavilions, halls and pavilions are full of paintings, the landscapes and scenery are all affectionate, and the Taoist culture is confusing.
In this tourism activity, all the staff were full of energy and high spirits. The activity not only released the employees from their tense emotions, created an atmosphere of unity, activity and progress, but also enhanced the cohesion of the employees.
