        In 2002, the Group invested in Songqiao Town, Gaoyou—a national ecological demonstration zone—to establish Tian’ge Goose Industry Co., Ltd., constructing a modern production facility covering over 50,000 square meters. This integrated operation encompasses conservation breeding, selective breeding, farming, hatching, deep processing, and scientific research of the national new breed “Yangzhou Goose.” Leveraging the abundant water resources of Gaoyou Lake, the company built a 2,000-plus-mu national core breeding farm for “Yangzhou Goose” and a vegetable cultivation base registered for export food production. Gaoyou Co., Ltd., founded in 2006, specializes in traditional Huaiyang cuisine, including Yangzhou Lion’s Head meatballs and Yangzhou Saltwater Goose; cured and braised products such as air-dried goose and sauce-marinated goose; and fresh-chilled goose raw materials. Its goose product series has been awarded China’s “Green Food” certification. These products are well-suited for supermarkets, hypermarkets, specialty stores for regional delicacies, hotels and restaurants, agricultural wholesale markets, frozen food distribution centers, food plazas, institutional and corporate bulk purchases, and holiday welfare group orders.

        “Da Qilin Pavilion,” a century-old brand established in 1902, is a time-honored enterprise that adheres to traditional craftsmanship and secret recipes. It produces over 400 seasonal pastry varieties, celebrated for their diverse flavors—sweet, soft, savory, glutinous, flaky, crumbly, fragrant, and crisp. Signature pastries crafted by Da Qilin Pavilion’s master artisans—including Osmanthus-flavored Niupitang (chewy candy), Snowflake Cake, Five-Nut Double-Sesame Cakes, Suzhou-style Mooncakes, Osmanthus Jingguo Powder, and refined peach crumbles—have repeatedly been recognized as National and Jiangsu Provincial Famous, High-Quality, and Special Food Products.         Yangzhou Wuting Food Group’s Yinchun Teahouse Co., Ltd. is a catering enterprise dedicated to preserving and promoting Yangzhou’s traditional culinary culture, with a focus on advancing and popularizing Huaiyang cuisine.
